1 Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

2 Acceptance of Terms

4 Account Registration

5.6 Player Funds

6 Bonuses & Promotions

6.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses, free bets, and promotional offers made available on the Platform are subject to specific wagering requirements, minimum odds restrictions, time limits, and eligible product restrictions. 6.2 Wagering Requirements

Bonus Funds credited to a Player's Account must be wagered a specified number of times on eligible products before any associated winnings may be withdrawn as real money. The applicable wagering requirement multiplier is stated in the individual promotion terms. In the absence of a specific statement, the default wagering requirement is 20x the bonus amount.

6.3 Bonus Abuse

vb811 maintains a zero-tolerance policy toward bonus abuse, including but not limited to: using multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, placing low-risk or hedged bets designed to meet wagering requirements without genuine risk, exploiting technical errors or system glitches to obtain unintended bonus credits, and any other conduct deemed by vb811 to constitute an attempt to circumvent the spirit of a promotional offer.

6.4 Right to Modify or Withdraw Offers

vb811 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or permanently withdraw any promotional offer at any time without prior notice. Players who have opted into a promotion prior to its withdrawal or modification will retain their accrued progress under the original terms as of the date of the change.

7 Betting Rules

7.1 Placement of Bets

A Bet is accepted when it is confirmed by the Platform and a unique Bet reference number is issued. Until that confirmation is received, no Bet has been placed. vb811 is not responsible for any Bet that fails due to internet connectivity issues on the Player's side.

7.2 Minimum and Maximum Stakes

Minimum and maximum stake amounts apply to all Bets and are displayed within each betting market. vb811 reserves the right to impose individual account-level stake restrictions without notice in cases of identified risk or irregular betting patterns.

7.3 Errors and Void Bets

vb811 reserves the right to void any Bet placed at an obviously erroneous price, including prices published due to technical error, human error, or data feed failure. In such cases, the stake will be returned to the Player's Account. vb811 will endeavour to identify and void such Bets as promptly as possible.

7.4 In-Play Betting

In-play (live) betting markets are subject to temporary suspension at any time during a match or event. Bets submitted during a market suspension will not be accepted. vb811 uses real-time data feeds for in-play cricket markets; however, a delay may exist between on-field events and market updates.

7.5 Cricket Betting Specific Rules

For all cricket Bets, including BPL, T20 World Cup, IPL, and other international fixtures: if a match is abandoned or cancelled before the minimum number of overs required to constitute a valid match under the relevant tournament regulations, all Bets on that match will be voided and stakes returned. Match-specific rules are published within each market on the Platform.

7.6 Dispute Resolution

Any dispute regarding the settlement of a Bet must be raised with vb811 support within 30 days of the relevant event's conclusion. vb811's decision regarding the settlement of any disputed Bet shall be final and binding on the Player.

8 Casino & Games

8.1 Game Availability

9 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the Platform. Violation of any of these prohibitions may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of Account balance, and, where applicable, referral to relevant law enforcement authorities:

• Registering more than one Account on the Platform, whether under your own name or any alias.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or in the course of any KYC verification process.
• Using the Platform if you are under 21 years of age.
• Using stolen, unauthorised, or fraudulently obtained payment methods to make deposits.
• Attempting to launder money or use the Platform for any illegal financial activity.

10 Account Suspension & Closure

10.1 Suspension by vb811

vb811 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or close any Account at any time, with or without prior notice, where vb811 has reasonable grounds to believe that the Player has violated these Terms & Conditions, is engaged in fraudulent activity, or where suspension is required for regulatory, legal, or risk management reasons.

10.2 Balance on Closure

Upon closure of an Account for reasons other than a breach of these Terms & Conditions, any verified real-money balance remaining in the Account will be returned to the Player via their registered payment method within 10 business days. Bonus Funds are forfeited upon Account closure in all circumstances.

10.3 Closure by Player

A Player may request the closure of their own Account at any time by contacting vb811 support. Account closure requests submitted through the responsible gaming self-exclusion pathway are processed with immediate effect. Standard closure requests are processed within 5 business days.

10.4 Winnings on Suspended Accounts

11 Responsible Gaming

This licence does not permit: copying, reproducing, distributing, or publishing any Platform content; reverse-engineering or decompiling any Platform software; or creating derivative works based on Platform content without the express written permission of vb811.

14 Limitation of Liability
